It has a s/n of 11077 which makes it a pretty early production. Manurhin PP 10002 - 53841LR 03/54 to 08/85 per D. Marschall's book.This table contains the beginning and ending serial numbers by year based on original shipping records. Gaps in the numbers represents items produced after the last recorded shipment for the indicated year.Walther PP: In the serial number range from 997 950 to about 998 080 there was simply the suffix “P” added to the serial number. Then it was left away again — e.g. SN 998 940 to 998 960. From about 998 784P to about 999 930P the first digit was omitted and the serial number had only five digits left — e.g. [9]99 940P.
